At Sparkling Strokes, every piece is handmade with care, so please allow a little time for us to create and prepare your order.
- Processing Time: 2–5 business days
- Shipping Time (NZ): 2–6 business days depending on location
- All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct, as we are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.
💛 Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind.
However, your satisfaction is important to us.
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Faulty
- Or incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will happily offer a replacement or refund.
🔁 Return Conditions (If Approved)
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
