At Sparkling Strokes, every piece is thoughtfully handmade, making each item unique. Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are part of the charm and not considered defects.
❌ Change of Mind
Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Polymer clay earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalised orders
- Used or burned soy candles
- Resin wall art once installed or used
- Sale or discounted items
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Faulty
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will happily offer:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
Returns (Approved Cases Only)
In rare situations, returns may be accepted at our discretion:
- Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Refunds
- Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 3–5 business days for processing
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty

- Resin pieces may contain tiny air bubbles or natural textures
- Candle colours and scent intensity may vary slightly
